Service is a flat monthly rate. Chemicals are their own itemized line at the prices listed here — nothing bundled, nothing estimated. A hot September uses more chlorine than a cool February, and your invoice shows exactly that.
We carry it, we test it, we dose it. You're not loading jugs into your trunk on a Saturday.

Raises total alkalinity so your pH stops swinging. When alkalinity runs low the water turns aggressive and starts irritating skin and eyes.

Brings pH back up when the water has gone acidic — common after heavy rain or a stretch of hot weather.

Black algae roots into plaster and shrugs off normal chlorine levels. This treats it at the root, and it usually takes more than one visit.
