Questions people actually ask

Does the $150 include chemicals?
No. Service is $150/month and chemicals are billed separately at our cost plus a flat markup — typically about $54/month for a 15,000-gallon pool. We separate them because chemical use swings with the weather, and we'd rather show you the real number than pad the base rate to cover a hot August.
What if my pool is bigger than 15,000 gallons?
We price it individually — call and we'll give you the number on the phone. The base rate covers pools up to 15,000 gallons, which is most residential pools in North County.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Service is month to month. No term, no cancellation fee. If we're not doing a good job, you shouldn't be locked in.
What happens if something breaks while you're servicing my pool?
We'll tell you what we found and what it costs to fix before we touch it. Repairs are a separate $250 service call, and that credits toward the repair if you go ahead with us.
Do you service spas?
Yes, and attached spas are usually included in the base rate. Standalone spas and pools with heavy water features are quoted individually.
What day will you come?
The same day every week. We'll tell you which day when we set up your account, and if we ever have to move it — a holiday, a storm — you'll hear from us first.
